āFor pain relief, budtenders showed a strong preference for topicals (77.1%), while edibles were most indicated for sleep trouble (60.0%). Reasons provided included budtender personal experience and product effectiveness. Cannabidiol (CBD) was endorsed most often for pain relief in high CBD:THC ratios (28.6%), 1:1 ratios (28.6%), and CBD alone (22.9%). For sleep relief, tetrahydrocannabidiol (THC) alone was most recommended (34.3%). When asked about cannabis strains for pain, 85.7% of budtenders did not express a preference, but for sleep, 57.1% of budtenders selected indica.ā

https://www.mmjdaily.com/article/9783113/allegations-of-price-dumping-cast-shadow-on-portugal-s-medical-cannabis/
āAccording to a person familiar with the matter, most of the cannabis that Portugal āexportsā is not grown in Portugal at all. Instead, large companies import low quality flower from overseas, process it locally, and then ship it back out with a Portugal flag stamped on the label. āPortugal has so far exported roughly 35 tonnes of medical cannabis flower,ā the source says. āOnly around 2 tonnes were cultivated here. The rest came from elsewhere.āā

A minority of users obtained cannabis mostly from home-cultivation (13.5%) or pharmacies (12.3%), while some did not obtain but only co-used cannabis that someone else obtained (10.2%). PS: For todayās Piedmont/East Coast blues album, āCarolina Bluesā by Guitar Slim & Jelly Belly. Guitar Slim, born Alec Seward, grew up in Virginia while Jelly Belly (aka Louis āFat Boyā Hayes) hailed from North Carolina. They both moved to NYC & recorded this album in 1944. Guitar Slim went on to record with many of the greats like Lead Belly, Sonny Terry & Woody Guthrie while Jelly Belly moved into a life in the ministry. With its fingerpicking & singing, this acetate album was seen as one of the last outposts of country blues before the rise of Chicago & Detroit.
