But in the psychiatric community, it’s one of the most exciting new options for the treatment of depression, PTSD, anxiety, and as a catalyst for healing trauma.
Marcela Ot'alora is a psychedelic therapist who uses ketamine in her practice. She tells Lex how ketamine works in therapy, how it’s different from other psychedelics, and how to prepare yourself for an experience.
